The nurse not only takes care of the child, but insures his harmonic physical, menthal and social development. For the sake of the children's development, continuity is extremely important. That is why every child has his 'own' nurse, the one who feeds, dresses, nurses, loves, tells tales and comforts him. The nurse not only takes care of the child, but insures his harmonic physical, menthal and social development. The nurse does not substitutes the mother. She loves the child but not instead of her, but besides. In the common development the parent gives his knowledge and love, forms his emotional, individual world and his personality, while the nurse, using her experience and expertise, lays stress on the development of the child's abilities, habits and relations. In their connection the parent and the nurse are equivalent partners, their common goal is the child's harmonic development. The environment of the Nursery, the menu, the toys all regard the children's (under 3 ys) needs. Unfortunately the demographic and economic deep-style="text-align: justify;"> It is important to emphasize this circumstance, because in Nógrád county there are only two local self-governments that maintain nurseries. The Parents' Working Team felt their ethical responsibilty to support the maintenance of the institution, the improvement of the circumstances and did it not only by words but deeds, as well.
